The EFM Feature

Late-breaking news from Massachusetts: The state legislature has reversed course and has voted to allow the Massachusetts marriage amendment to move forward. Recall that it was just last month when the legislature refused to vote, Governor Romney filed suit, and the Massachusetts Supreme Court sharply reminded the legislature of its constitutional duty to vote on constitutional amendments.
The Governor has followed the law at every turn, and the proponents of same-sex marriage have defied the law. And now they have been rightfully dealt a rather severe setback. Well done, Governor.
