The EFM Feature

David Brody writes about a preacher who compared probably won’t be voting for Gov. Romney. In an e-mail, the preacher wrote:

“If you vote for Mitt Romney, you are voting for Satan!”

Apparently, a group called, “Americans United for Separation of Church and State” asked the IRS to investigate Keller’s ministry for making partisan comments. The preacher, Bill Keller, laughs off the threat. (Check him out–is it just me, or does he appear to be falling off his chair in this photo? Sit up straight, man! Good Heavens–correct posture is not just for heathens, you know.) Anyway, he responded by saying:

“Let them come after me for making a spiritual statement about Mitt Romney. I would love that.”

David–our resident legal expert–let’s ignore the preacher’s insane comparison of Gov. Romney and Lucifer. However, what do you think of this IRS investigation? Shouldn’t the preacher be allowed to speak about this issue? What if he’d said that about Hillary Clinton?
