The EFM Feature

From reader William:

I enjoyed (as usual) your part of EFM this morning. “NEWSWEEK BLOWS IT” and when later I read FIRST THINGS I thought again of your report. Not knowing whether you have to surf as this old man does, I wanted to share Hylden’s explanation for the confusion he found in the recent attempts of the Anglican and Episcopalian splinters to find common ground, Jordan Hylden wrote: “Normally, the best explanation for this would be the well-known fact that the only requirement for finding work as a religion reporter is a complete ignorance of religion”. (1 Oct 2007, “Anglican Confusion”, Jordan Hylden, First Things)
That seems to explain a lot, doesn’t it?
Good luck and thanks for your contributions to our common cause.
