(The camera caught me looking very emphatic!)
So, I just got back from my first Tea Party experience, in Missouri and it was so much fun. What an inspiration to see people doing so much to protect our nation and our Constitution, right in their hometown with their neighbors. (And Poplar Bluff is a great place — very friendly patriotic folks!) If you go, check out Hastings Book Store and The Bread Company.
The aptly named Eddy Justice organized the entire event and was interviewed before it began here. (His speech was just as impassioned and eloquent.)
Anyway, I had a great time and was very inspired to meet people who are trying to keep America great in their every day lives. Now, all I need is a Gadsden flag tee shirt!
Thanks, guys!
