This was a rough weekend for those who can’t read the Bible’s numerous proclamations that no one except God knows when Jesus will come back, and for those who think there’s a “perfect” Republican presidential candidate (a conservative messiah, to use David’s term from the ’08 cycle) coming. The world didn’t end last night, and this morning, Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels said he isn’t running for president.
