The EFM Feature
Imaginary Friend

Paul Singer is not imaginary.  He is also not my friend.  Oh, and he doesn’t think you have mental problems–I just couldn’t resist the funny photo above.  But I love so much what Mr. Singer just wrote to his friends about Gov. Romney that I’d really love for him to be my friend.  So I’m going to imagine he is.

In all seriousness, Mr. Singer is one of the most coveted Republican donors.  He just got behind Gov. Romney.  According to POLITICO, this–referencing imaginary friends–was part of his reasoning, and I couldn’t agree more:

In addition — and of supreme importance — Mitt Romney can defeat the incumbent president, a task that is a matter of urgency and of keen importance to the country. Perfection in candidates is obtainable in the same place where imaginary friends reside. What we can hope to actually find in the real world, if we’re fortunate, are individuals of proven skill and talent, who embody integrity, and whose agenda is anchored in and draws strength from American ideals. Mitt Romney is that man. My team and I will work hard to help advance his endeavor.

It will take a lot of hard work, money, and the Lord’s blessings to defeat the Democratic machine currently behind Obama, and perhaps Hillary if Obama bows out in January. The billion dollar campaign cash behind Obama plus the bully pulpit and the drooling leftist media behind the Democrat nominee will combine and coalesce behind the attempt to smear anyone Republican runing for office. The Progressive Socialists are so close to completely transforming America and abolishing our inspired Constitution, it is critical that Mitt Romney be nominated and then elected POTUS. Four more years of continuing corruption and transformation will put us under.

So-called Romneycare (which is NOT even close to Obamacare) will not be a negative in the campaign against the Democrats. Obamacare and before that, Hillarycare are and were far worse than so-called Romneycare ever could have been, and Romney will get rid of Obamacare beginning with one of his first acts as President. The progressive (regressive) acts of Obama abetted by his first two years of a Democrat veto-proof Senate, and Democrat Congress almost destroyed us making us vulnerable to enemies around the world and a disaster economically at home.

We need the aid of Paul Singer and others of means to confront and nullify the lies, inuendoes, and sordid vile attacks that will be made against Romney, his faith, character and values. It will become an attack on person and personality instead of support for the Democratic record. Their record is so abysmal that no Democrat can run on it and hope to be elected or reelected.

May everyone who can possibly afford it not only plan to vote for a true Conservative in every race including the POTUS, but also open their purse strings to support persons of character and conservative values.

Mr Tills, THANK YOU for your intelect. The libs have branded Romney with Romneycare, because they fear he will defeat the true socialist in office now. Romney is a brilliant business man,and a true leader with the character and integrity of no other, and let’s hope that the CREAM RISES to the TOP forAmerica in 2012. WE cannot survive another 4 yrs of this socialist agenda. Mitt Romney for President of the United States of America!

I could seriously chill out with so many of the great folks here on EFM. I am LDS, but let’s face reality, we have so much in common we would be fools to draw lines in the sand which separate us.

  4. Kay Shannon says:

I’ve decided to hang out at EFM because I’m so tired of republicans infighting….great to have a place to visit where people are of the same mind.

I’m an MBA with industry experience in business reengineering; I’m so excited about the possibility of having someone who really understands business and industry issues in the WH!

If you don’t have your facebook MR2012 buttons, visit and make one for yourself.

Please pray for our country in the coming weeks and months. I’m concerned about what Obama may do to hang on to power; today he declared he would overrule congress if they don’t cooperate. He is a dangerous man and I believe he hates America. We’re in a mess for sure, but God can restore America if we pray.
